JASMINE GAUCI

Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) – BNutSc and MDietPrac, Member of Dieticians Australia

Jasmine is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian who strives to educate and support women through a non-diet, weight-inclusive (Health At Every Size, HAES®) lens by providing knowledge on healthy and sustainable habits and providing a safe space to speak about their concerns around food, body image and health.

Jasmine loves working in the women’s health and eating disorder space and draws on her lived experiences with caring for a loved one with an eating disorder, and additional counselling training (Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care) to ensure her clients feel understood and supported every step of the way. Jasmine is bright, bubbly, empathetic and attentive and aims to ensure all her clients feel comfortable and safe within her company. She looks at all aspects of an individual’s life that could influence their health so she can provide the best-tailored advice to ensure you achieve your health and wellbeing goals.

Not only is Jasmine a dietitian, but on the side, she has a small baking business with her mother-in-law. This may sound contradictive to what traditional dietitians should be doing; however, she wants to prove that you can be healthy and still eat the foods you love. With this, she hopes to help individuals experience what food freedom is and live a life without guilt and hesitation from eating foods that make them feel good inside. Her motto is ‘Life is too short too short to cut out the foods you love’.
