Brittany is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Advanced Sports Dietitian, and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician. Brittany’s love and passion for dietetics and nutrition has come from her sporting background and love for cooking. Brittany has been involved in basketball since she was little and played a range of different sports, including dancing when she was younger. Brittany is still heavily involved in basketball and has a passion for fitness, which she previously worked as a cycle instructor.
Brittany is currently working with North Melbourne Football Club in the men’s program and with many elite athletes across a range of sports from swimming, iron-mans, triathlons, soccer and basketball. Previously, Brittany has worked with Essendon Football Club AFLW in 2023, VFL club Northern Bullants, NAB League Eastern Rangers, State Development Program – Basketball Victoria, Victorian Institute of Sport and other NBL and AFL clubs.
Brittany has a special interest in sport, eating disorders and disordered eating, gut health and women’s health, but has trained in other areas including oncology, aged care and chronic health conditions.
Brittany treats each patient individually and tailors their nutrition to their goals in a calm, safe and non-judgemental space, using evidenced-based nutrition practises.
Brittany is based at our Eltham and Croydon locations, and is available for telehealth appointments from all other locations.
