Nicole is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with extra training in the Non-diet approach. She has developed skills in how to help people heal their relationship with food, mind and their body. She is passionate about guiding clients through letting go of the dieting mindset, to making peace with food once and for all. She incorporates the Health At Every Size (HAES®) and the Non-Diet approach (Intuitive eating) principles to direct her practice.

Nicole has a special interest in eating disorders and the non-diet approach to health. She has a kind, empathetic, compassionate and non-judgemental nature about her, as she works to develop a trusting relationship with her clients by utilising the person-centred framework. She is devoted to her clients and ensures a safe space is created where her clients can feel supported through their healing journey.

Nicole is passionate about working with adolescents and adults. She believes every individual at any age, has the ability to evolve to become the best version of themselves. She strongly believes through everyone’s healing journey, there are no failures only learning experiences. She is committed to her clients every step of the way.

Alongside Nicole’s work in private practice, she works at an aged care where she delivers support to the elderly to reduce the risk of Malnutrition, which is very prominent in this age group. She strives to optimise the health and wellbeing of her residents, by focusing on improving their quality of life.
