RUBY WILLIAMS (She/Her)

Ruby is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, passionate about health and committed to providing evidence-based nutrition guidance. She adopts a client-centred approach, aiming to empower individuals on their health journey.

Through a non-diet, weight-inclusive perspective aligned with Health At Every Size (HAES®) principles, she offers support and education on cultivating healthy and sustainable habits and fostering a positive relationship with food. Ruby creates a safe space for open discussions on food, body image, and overall health concerns.

Having personally witnessed the challenges and complexities of eating disorders while supporting a family member, Ruby brings a unique perspective and empathetic understanding to her work. She acknowledges the diversity of experiences within eating disorders and recognises the multitude of factors influencing individual health. Drawing from her lived experience, Ruby provides personalised advice to help clients achieve their health and wellbeing goals, ensuring they feel understood, heard, and supported.

Ruby is calm, compassionate, warm, empathetic, and attentive, she strives to cultivate a comfortable and secure environment for all her clients.

In addition to her expertise in eating disorders, Ruby also has interest in various special diets, including plant-based (vegan and vegetarian), coeliac disease, allergens, gastrointestinal conditions, and sports nutrition.

Outside of work, Ruby loves cooking and getting creative in the kitchen, and enjoys spending quality time with her animals.
