Sia Baravi

Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) – BHumNut, MDietPrac, Member of Dieticians Australia

Sia is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who offers a non-judgmental and inclusive space for clients to explore their relationship with food, eating, and body image. She practices through a weight-neutral lens and draws from the principals of Health At Every Size® and the Non-Diet approach framework to empower people to shift their focus beyond body size and shape, inviting them to cultivate a more fulfilling and peaceful relationship with food and their body.

Using a client-centred approach, Sia considers each person’s experiences, preferences, beliefs, and values. With this awareness, she ensures each step of the way is individualised and collaborative to achieve positive health outcomes.

Sia is committed to providing high-quality evidence-based treatment to clients, regularly participating in training and supervision to equip her with the most up-to-date strategies and skills to treat a wide range of health conditions. She has a special interest in working with people experiencing eating disorders, feeding challenges in young people and irritable bowel disease.
