Application Process

Interested candidates can apply by completing our online application form. Our online application form has four sections: personal details, position details, documents, and additional information section. Make sure to attach your resume and any supporting documents.

Once we receive your application, our recruitment team reviews it to assess your qualifications and experience in alignment with the job requirements. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next steps.

Selected candidates will be interviewed, either with our hiring manager or team leads.

For some roles, candidates will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment. The psychometric testing phase ensures that recruitment is unbiased and fair, not solely relying on the subjectivity of interviews. This enhances the fairness of the recruitment process and supports diversity and inclusion.

Successful candidates will receive a formal offer of employment. Once accepted, our onboarding process begins – including orientation, documentation, and training – to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition into your new role.
